Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
What happens after the trial?
After your trial ends, your account enters a read-only state. You'll still be able to view your data, but you'll need to pick a plan to continue adding new readings and generating reports.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment. If you're not satisfied within the first week, just let us know and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I import my existing data?
Plans with CSV import support let you upload your historical water test data and we'll map it into your Poolbench account. Other plans can import data manually.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Poolbench runs on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is isolated per company, and we follow industry best practices for access control and security.
